Alumni Reunion

 

August 27-29th, all alumni are invited to come back to OLVC for a great weekend of rehashing old memories in a place that feels like home! Get back with your old friends, pack your kids and your spouse, and we'll have swimming, campfire, Mass- and mostly a whole lot of free time, just like the old days! Kids programs will be provided! Bring a tent, or stay in the cabins! And here's the best part- it's all free! It's camping in a beautiful place you already know and love, while being cooked for! It doesn't get better than that!

Arive anytime after 7pm on Friday, and stick around until some time Sunday afternoon.

Cabin requirements (let us know if you prefer to bring a tent or trailer, or sleep in OLVC cabins!)

Friday
7pm- arrival, settle into rooms, snacks in Messhall
9pm- Campfire
Saturday
9am Breakfast- 
9:45am-  Duties/Free Time
10:30am-  Counsellor Meeting- House of decision
11:00am-  Kids Tracks

2-6 year olds- Playground
7-10 year olds- Tony’s place
Carpet game
Simon Says
Scratch Murder
11-13 year olds- Tent
Noodle Game
Mafia   

12:00pm- Lunch
1:00pm- Duties/ Free Time
Archery
3:00pm- Rosary (Rosary Garden)
3:45pm- Flag Wars! (parents vs kids)

2-6 year olds- Sing along- Tent
7-13 year olds, parents- go over rules- fire pit

5:30pm- Supper
6:30pm- Duties/Free time (Veggie Tales in Tony’s Place for kids)
8:00pm- Mass
9:00pm- Campfire
Sunday
8-9am- light breakfast available
9:30am- Clean up, pack up
11am-  Sunday Brunch
12pm- duties/free time/ end of program
