We're done! This was the last week of our summer program for 2012. We've had such an amazing summer, and 13's was said to be the best week ever for many of those who were here to experience it. We spent the week in Narnia, complete with battles won and a royal banquet. The highlight of the week though was spending time with Jesus in adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Thursday night. Next week a crowd of teens 14+ will be at OLVC for Ignite, where there will be an opportunity for adoration every night.
Where you there? What was the best part of your week?

We've had a great week, and a great afternoon yesterday. It was hot and sunny and the perfect day to head to the beach for a tug-of-war!
Everyone had fun tugging and cheering on the teams - and walking through the mud pit afterwards. After the camp families finished the counsellors took on Team. They didn't manage to send them through the mud this time, maybe next week. It's been a great summer so far, and it's hard to believe that 13s is already upon us next week. What have you loved about this summer? Leave it in the comments. Frisbee golf anyone? The only way to play golf in the woods.
Our eleven years olds' week was awesome. We had a ton of fun playing, praying and working in teams to build some great memories, and great friendships too. We look forward to seeing this group back again next summer at 12s. We welcomed over 100 ten year olds this past week out at camp. What a great group!
Quickly changing weather made every day full of surprises, with lots of fun activities outside and in. The campers and counsellors threw themselves into everything with so much enthusiasm, we couldn't help having loads of fun. One of the highlights of the week was playing Minute to Win It in Tony's Place. We made friends and found skills we didn't know we had! Were you out at OLVC this week? Leave your favourite memories in the comments. Another great week out at OLVC. We had a blast this week with the 9 year old campers. Each one brought something special to our time together this week.
The sun shone for us every day and that meant loads of time outside swimming, playing games in the woods, working together in our outdoor adventure activities, and of course, campfire. Thanks to all the volunteers, counsellors and team leaders who came out to make this a very special week for the campers. Counsellors’ week was a lot of fun. We welcomed 132 young adults to camp for a week of laughter, song, prayer and running through the woods.
Despite the thunder storm mid-week, it was a great time for everyone. We’re looking forward to welcoming the counselors back throughout the summer as they come to help lead our campers in making friends, having fun, and deepening their relationship with Jesus.
